Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Cooperating couriers: YunExpress Logistics, Yanwen Logistics, USPS, etc.
- Expedited Shipping: 3-8 business days
- Cooperating couriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
Delivery times are estimated by the courier companies and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international shipments.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GOBOER.COM is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
GOBOER.COM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.
Order Cancellation & Modification
You may cancel or modify your order before it is processed. Once the order processing has begun, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
