Return Policy

  1. General Information:

    • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  2. Return Process:

    • To return an item, email customer service at info@goboer.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address: GOBOER Attn: Returns [RMA Number] 1985 Del Amo Blvd N4798 Torrance, California, 90501 US +01 6499691099

    • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

  3. Refunds:

    • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

    • Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

    • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

    • We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  4. Exceptions:

    • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

GOBOER Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a GOBOER product. Please follow the proper operation and maintenance procedures outlined in the accompanying technical documentation. For further technical assistance, email us at info@goboer.com.

Products Not Under Warranty

  • All repairs have a 90-day limited warranty, valid from the date the repaired unit is delivered to the shipping agent for return to you, covering replaced parts and repair labor against defects in material and workmanship.

  • The exclusions and limitations outlined in the original limited warranty apply to the repair warranty.

  • GOBOER is not responsible for any loss or damage to additional items or accessories sent with returned products.

  • GOBOER is not responsible for delays in repairs or shipping.

Please ensure that defective products reach GOBOER in your region by the last day of the applicable warranty period. Warranty claims will not be considered for products received after the expiration of the applicable warranty period.

 

GOBOER warrants this product for the periods set forth below from the date of purchase or manufacture* to be free from defects in material and workmanship:

  • 18 months for indoor gobo projector, outdoor projector, and non-programmable controllers.

  • No warranty for glass gobo.

*The date of manufacture will be used as the warranty period start date if there is more than a twelve (12) month difference between the date of manufacture and the date of purchase.

This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty is contingent upon GOBOER receiving the defective product no later than the expiration of the applicable warranty period, along with a description of the defect and the date of its discovery.

Exclusions: This limited warranty excludes any defects caused by, resulting from, or relating to:

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair.

  • Damage resulting from acts of God.

  • Harsh or corrosive environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, atmospheric conditions, and radiation.

  • Use of the product exceeding the applicable specifications or exposure to excessive or insufficient voltage conditions.

  • Installation or use of the product not in accordance with technical documentation, GOBOER’s guidelines, or applicable codes, regulations, and standards.

  • Failure to maintain the product as per technical documentation.

  • Natural degradation and color shift of the LED source.

  • Slight deviations in specified values of intensity and color not affecting product functionality.

  • Use of the product not for its intended purpose.

This warranty shall be null and void if the original identification information on the product is missing or altered. GOBOER offers no warranty for third-party accessories, peripheral equipment, or products not bearing the GOBOER name. Warranty claims for third-party products must be directed to the respective manufacturer.

Warranty Claim Process

  • If a product fails within the warranty period and is found by GOBOER to have failed for a covered cause, GOBOER will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product, or reimburse the purchaser a pro-rated portion of the purchase price based on the remaining warranty period.

  • Should a replacement part or product be unavailable, GOBOER reserves the right to substitute a comparable replacement.

  • The purchaser is responsible for the costs of removal, shipping to GOBOER, and reinstallation. If the product is covered by the warranty, GOBOER will cover shipping costs within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs outside the contiguous United States are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Limitations of Liability

  • GOBOER shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of use, damage to associated equipment, or claims of the purchaser’s customers, arising from the sale, use, or repair of the product.

  • GOBOER’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Except for the limited warranty set forth herein, all products are sold “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, statutory or otherwise. This warranty does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out in this warranty. No credit will be issued except as outlined in this limited warranty.
