All glass has good heat resistance and heat dissipation, but higher power and long-term operation mean that Gobo needs to withstand higher temperatures. Ordinary glass may break when subjected to prolonged high temperatures and uneven heating.

Single Piece Thickness: 0.3mm/0.5mm/1.1mm - 500℃(932°F) Suggested materials for high-power long-term use: EXG Glass Boro-Aluminosilicate
Single Piece Thickness: 0.3mm/0.5mm/1.1mm - 1000℃(1832°F) Upgrade material for small gobo area, ultra power, long-term use: PRO Silica Quartz

*Multi-color GOBO uses 2-4 glass filters, so the thickness varies, We will make the multi-color Gobo according to the thinnest thickness to increase its installability.
*When too much light is blocked and too little light passing in the gobo design, we also recommend choosing a more heat-resistant gobo
*We can also add a metal frame ring outside the glass gobo for thinner thickness special requirements.

We strongly recommend using our GOBO-Editing-Designer when you don’t have any artwork. You can also easily use it to achieve great effects, even if you have simple patterns. Editing templates, using AI and online materials, creating GOBO has never been as simple as sticking stickers.

The vector artwork will be the best for the final design and GOBO production. Please convert text to outlines or vector art. This prevents possible problems with font substitutions and interpretations. You can also include font files in the ZIP files. Tip: GOBO-Editing-Designer contains thousands of Google online fonts.
Regarding GOBO Size Adaptation
- GOBOER can manufacture glass gobo to any size specification smaller than 135mm. We can achieve a larger size gobo even different shapes through an additional holder metal frame.
- When placing an order for a gobo slide, please provide us with the Outer Diameter and Inner Diameter.
- We have almost complete gobo size query tools and size tables, and you only need to provide the model of the gobo projector to query.

About Black Color and Shape Border in GOBO
The black color in gobo means that it blocks all the light in this area, so this area without light will have a black effect when there is bright contrast around it.
The outermost black border of the GOBO pattern will not be displayed. If you strongly want to use a black border, we will add a white border outside the black border to create contrast and display the black border.
For most patterns with individual black colors, we suggest adding a white background to the pattern, which not only improves the pattern effect but also increases the utilization of lighting
We can use black borders of different shapes to cut the GOBO pattern into other shapes such as squares, triangles, etc. Results show

We usually match the colors of your artwork with the colors of our Standard Color Palette. Shown here are the colors as GOBOER desgin equivalents so they can be compared in color books. We use high-precision laser etching of a single color filter to create a glass gobo of one color, and then combine several monochrome glass sheets to form a multi-color glass gobo. Using three primary color glass sheets can be mixed into any color. Gobos are manufactured in an entirely different process from electronic device display(RGB-CMYK) but we believe this is the easiest way to make color references.
We are able to make virtually any color, but we cannot guarantee the exact match of your colors in the resulting projection due to variations in the fixtures and projection surface. The color of a projected image will always vary from the desgin color as there is only limited control over the projection environment. The resulting projection color is influenced by factors such as ambient light situation, projection surface color and materials, and color temperature of the light bulb.
